The College of Veterinary Medicine at Gyeongsang National University sets its ideology of
education as “ contributing to the improvement of human health and animal welfare by
fostering talented veterinary experts with creativity.” Under such ideology, the College
trains students in the areas of basic elementary education, quarantine education, animal clinic,
medicine, pharmacy, public health, agriculture, animal husbandry, life science, and environmental
hygiene to produce expert veterinarians in the diagnosis, prevention, and curing of animal diseases.
